I wanted to draw liquids. I wanted to incorporate patterns and use a saturated palette while I was at it. Even with this visual complexity, the beginning drawing needed something and the something turned out to be the dragonfly. The dragonfly turned out to be an unfolding eastern-like narrative. By the way, I really was sick.

Still amazed. Fireworks will do that…along with my iPad Pro.

I got an iPad Pro and I use the Pencil. I like them! I’m not kidding. This is the first drawing.
