A view of our "C" building on the east side of campus. I took a photo of the trees and then extended the branches to form a pattern that I found appealing. Looking again at this, the tree seems to reference a peacock's tail.
A fictional view of my patio table. All of the white and black "diamond" shapes were drawn in my iPad. You can see remnants of the real table in the bottom left-hand corner of the image.
Tokyo, A Certain Style by Kyochi Tsuzuki. Bringing back fond memories of my trip to Tokyo, Kyoto, and more way back in 2010. The places I stayed at were austere and uncluttered unlike the depictions in the book. So glad because I dislike clutter.
The World Book Encyclopedia by Field Enterprises Educational Corp. I still have these! So glad that I didn't pitch them during past spring cleanings because of their nostalgic value and dated content and graphics.
I Love My Time I Don't Like My Time by Erwin Wurm. I loved his work at San Francisco's Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. Humor has a presence in the arts.
